Best Food to Prevent Hair Lose

As with food, one of the best ways to soften and nourish your hair to encourage growth is to “feed” it whole, natural ingredients. Look for products containing super foods full of vitamins and minerals that will help nourish your scalp 


Strawberries
Strawberry contains high levels of silica. Silica is a trace mineral fundamental for hair power and hair enlargement. Additional silica rich foods include cabbage, rice, oats, onion, cucumber and cauliflower.

Egg
Eggs and Dairy Products: yogurt, cheese, milk, eggs etc. are full with vital nutrients such as proteins, Vitamin B12, zinc, iron and Omega 6 fatty acids. Dairy products are great source of biotin (Vitamin B7) that is known to fight hair fall.














Yogurt
Yogurt is filled with Vitamin B5 and Vitamin D that are known to endorse hair follicle health. Otherwise, you can also use yogurt to make a hair mask every once in a weak which is best for prevent hair.

To prevent hair fall use Walnuts to your diet. Carrots
Carrots sneak carrots in your diet for those long and shiny locks. Which is good for the eyes, carrots contain Vitamin A that also improves hair growth. A deficiency of vitamin A may lead to dry and itchy scalp.

Lentils
Lentils are full with iron, protein, zinc, and biotin. As well this, lentils are full of folic acid which is essential for restoring the health of red blood cells that supply the skin and scalp with extreme requirement of oxygen.













Spinach
Spinach is a great resource of iron, protein and vitamin A and C. Iron insufficiency is the main cause of hair fall and spinach is not only iron-rich, it also contains sebum which acts as a natural conditioner for hair. It also provides us with omega-3 acid, iron, magnesium, potassium, and calcium. It helps in sustain a healthy scalp and shiny hair.

Honey
Honey can improve the look of thinning hair. In a study of patients experiencing  dermatitis, which includes scaling, itching, and hair loss, those who applied a solution of 90% honey and 10% water to their scalp every after 2 day for 4 weeks it brings the improvement in hairs and prevent hair for long time.













Flax Seeds
Flax seeds are rich in Omega-3 fatty acids that simply reach the hair shaft and cell membranes of scalp and nourish the follicles. It also adds elasticity to your hair and thus, prevents breakage. Since your body cannot produce these vital fatty acids, and need to gain from what eat and flax seeds is a great healthy opportunity.

Guava
Guava is full with Vitamin C it prevents your hair from becoming breakable and weak and guavas contain much Vitamin C than oranges, Just like the fruit, the leaves too contain vitamin B and C, which help boost collagen activity necessary for hair growth.

Imidazolidinyl Urea
It is antimicrobial preservative used in cosmetics and hair products, It comes to hair loss, formaldehyde can be damaging to your scalp by increasing irritation, while also causing allergic reactions.

Sodium Lauryl Sulfate
 It is a harsh chemical detergent and surfactant used in many commercial shampoos to strip away dirt, oil, and other impurities. Research confirms that SLS penetrates the skin barrier where it can degenerate cell membranes and proteins on your scalp. SLS is remove oil and if these oils get stripped away too much or too often, the resulting dryness can result in hair breakage and loss.

Parabens
Have also been shown to act as endocrine disruptions, meaning they disorder with the weak hormonal system in your body. Parabens have a dangerous ability to mimic estrogen, which leads to a hormonal imbalance linked to tumor development and mood swings. This hormonal disruption can lead to female pattern hair loss in women.

Propylene Glycerol
Propylene glycerol is a chemical used in cosmetics and hair products as a skin conditioner and humectants. Propylene glycerol is still listed as hazardous by the Environmental & Health, with high concern being organ toxicity and skin irritation.


Fragrance
While it’s always inspiring to leave the shower smelling likes your favorite shampoo, the side effects of chemical fragrances are damaging and changing levels of certain hormones like estrogen and testosterone and Chemical fragrances have also been shown to cause contact dermatitis and urticaria a type of rash and itchiness on the skin.

Sodium Chloride
It is often added to shampoos containing sulfates to help thicken the lather of hairs but it because when you dry your hair this dryness can lead to breakage and loss, especially if you’re repeatedly drying it out every day with a salt-laden shampoo and conditioner.
